Marriage in the Catholic Church

You are welcome to celebrate your great day at St Andrews. 

Please contact the Parish Priest prior to setting your wedding date, to ensure that the Priest is available.  There is considerable preparation needed prior to the wedding and for your married life thereafter. Our diocesan policy requires that at least six months’ notice be given to the Parish Priest.  You will be helped at every step to prepare all the church and civic requirements.

Confession. Fr Behr is available for Confession every Saturday from 10.30 am – 11.00 am. He is also happy to visit those who are not able to come to church.

Children’s Liturgy: Children’s Liturgy at the 10.00 am Mass is on the first Sunday of every month. All children who have not made their First Holy Communion are welcome to attend. The next lesson with Lorraine is on Sunday 1 December.

Sat 30 November : Vigil Mass at 6.00 pm.

Sun 1 December: Mass at 10.00 am followed by Traditional Latin Mass at 12.00 noon.

Mon 2 December:  Mass at 10.00 am.

Tue 3 December: Mass at 10.00 am.

Wed 4 December: Word and Holy Communion

Thu 5 December: Adoration at 09.00 am to 10.00 am followed by Mass at 10.00 am.

Fri 6 December: Mass at 10.00am followed by Adoration.

Sat 7 December: Confession from 5pm followed by Vigil Mass at 6.00 pm.

Sun 8 December: Mass at 10.00 am followed by Traditional Latin Mass at 12.00 noon.
